my mom just got a job at disneyworld

My mom just called up disneyworld for a job and was told to fly down she has a job!! She is staying at my cousins house. Needless to say we are all in a little bit of shock. She just decided this a half hour ago!

I am guessing she interviewed over the phone. She is too busy running around all excited. My dd 12 though is crying. I think she might be doing mousekeeping. Not sure. She is too busy calling everybody happy to get too many details out of her . I don't think she cares what she is doing as long as she gets to work there. lol.

Yup we live in northeast pa. Some of our family has been migrating south lately though. I just called and told my sister and she was like "you've got to be kidding me I'll be right over"

I am going to work at Disney World! I am only 36 now and I am a Letter Carrier, but when I "retire" I am going to work at WDW At least I really want to! Congratulations to your mom!

Wow!! How exciting to work at Disney!! I'm a SAHM and have been since a little before my DD6 was born. My DS is 2 and when he goes to Kindergarten I would love to move up to Orlando and work at Disney. I told my DH that's the only place I will work at. Let us know all the details when you can.

Yes FREE TICKETS! I Had family who used to work there.
I believe it was so many a year for family and then so many a employee could bring in. Not to sure, but sure miss it.
We use to get all kinds of good stuff too like discounted merchandise.
You will also be able to go underground AKA the 1st floor!

I guess there are many of us disney freaks who dream of working at Disney world. I spoke to a CM (older man) will rididng on the monorail one night,I asked him how he like his job. He said I love it, everyday is fun, I never feel that OH I have to goto work today feeling. I said see I need to be working here! You could tell he was enjoying the magic of us all on the monorail, he would just smile and I knew before he even told me, that he love his job.
