Just called MS looking to upgrade from a one bedroom to a two bedroom for our upcoming stay (7/30) at BWV. I made my original resverations back in January (7 month window) and was only able to get the one bedroom. . The CM (Nancy) went above and beyond the call of duty and was able to get us the upgrade. As far as I'm concerned the whole process of booking at the 7 month window has been nothing but an easy and pleasurable experience. For those of you on a wait list my advice is keep trying.....
