Nichole, I have tears in my eyes! That picture of Goofy walking holding both Kaylee and Thomas' hands is PRECIOUS!!!!!!!! What a great, memorable day!

Me too when I sit back and look at the pics. It was just great!

WOW! Now that would be a magical moment to remember! What a treat that was! can't wait to hear more about your trip!

That's so exciting! A ride with Goofy! I'm glad to see the 'tude passed and the birthday girl was back to her normal happy self! Looking forward to more!

Yes Kaylee was fine when we got off Peter Pan and won a Dream fastpass, that seemed to bring everyone to their happy selves. With DH that can be hard sometimes.

Oh Nichole... I was way back on page 4! But I'm all caught up now!

So sorry to hear you cancelled your cruise... I know you were really looking forward to it. Maybe you can go when we go in 09?!?! (Then you can see what a real attitude is like, courtesy of Abby! )

Just a couple comments... Kaylee looked absolutely beautiful after her she was all princess-ified! And dream fast passes! AND Toontown family of the day! This is shaping up to be a birthday to remember for sure!

Yes I canceled my cruise . Just not sure 100% if October will work out. I think waiting a year will just be better. I really want to reschedule for October 2009 but there is no cruise on our fall break . The Wonder will be in drydock. Then again maybe fall break wil be late in 2009. Then I have Thomas in Kindergarten and pulling him out of school and taking him on a Disney cruise. He might never want to go back to school. But who knows maybe we will go anyway or maybe in November. It will be our 10 year wedding Anniversary. I might have to get some new prices.

What an awesome moment! You've had such great luck with riding with characters! Goofy's so tall I'm surprised he fits on Barnstormer! How are you EVER going to top this birthday for Kaylee?! A great update! Can't wait to hear about the rest of your trip!

We have had great luck riding with characters. I try to be in the right place at the right time usually. This year they are not doing Little ones extra magic hours. So no characters in the park on fall morning riding and playing with the kids .
Last trip Kaylee rode with Donald Duck and I wasn't sure he would be able to sit on the ride with that tail, But he squished in. I won't be able to top this Birthday for Kaylee. But that's alright don't want to hear think every year has to be this big. Next year she can have a party with her friends.

The good thing about going in December with the girls is DH can stay home with the dogs and kids and I won't be getting crazy calls from my mom complaining. DH has been in a foul mood the last couple days so I haven't talked to him much. That must sound terrible but he is best avoided when he's in one of moods .

I should have definately let her pick numbers, too bad I didn't think of it or we would have driven to a store. We really had a good trip. the kids had so much and their were lots of tears when we left, more than usual. Thomas wants to stay at Pop again, he Loved it!! We did have a few not so great moments, mostly me gettinga littleannoyed at DH. But luckily nothing terrible. ALL of the CM's on this trip were great too. Spring in Disney is the best, nobody was grouchy.

We arent sure yet. We stayed at CBR last time and liked it. I have stayed at POR & POFQ once before too, so we are thinking if we stay with the mods, we might as well give CSR a try - but who knows yet! I am pretty sure we will stay mods, but maybe value - I just dont know. I have concerns about the bus situation at the values. It has been about 10 years since we stayed at POFQ and about 7 since our last stay at POFQ - maybe they are due a visit???? I think, we will have a smaller group this time. 5 definitly, with 4 maybe coming for a day or two. I think that will be easier to manage than 9!!

I love the barrett in the back of Kaylee's hair, the Mickey silhouette. Did she get that at BBB? If so, can you just go in and buy the barrett without getting a hairstyle?

Mousekeeping was fine - no complaints at either place. To me, the buses seemed more crowded at POFQ/POR than CBR, but then again, I was at POFQ in August and POR at Christmas, while CBR was in October. Crowd levels were much different. I am sure you would enjoy both. We stayed in "Bermuda" at CBR, I believe it is the closest you can get to the food court - without paying for a preferred room. It was a quick 3-4 minute walk to the food court area, then there was a bus stop right there. There were also several stops around the entire resort. We had one near our room too - about a 1 minute walk. CBR's poos is being renovated now - I think it is supposed to be completed by September/October? There are quiet pools around the complex too.

I have heard you can buy the barrett in the DTD store that sells princess costumes. Not sure if they sell them or not at BBB in MK though. You could go in and ask, I'm sure they would be able to sell you one or know where you can one.

I think I might just put a deposit on WL tomorrow, though I still might switch to a moderate . I just love the theme of WL and the rooms look nice too. I have heard CBR pool is going to be great when it's finished. I love the pool at CSR from pics I've seen. But the smallness of POFQ and the theme of CBR . Easier to stay where I know I love it.

My daughters want to do BBB during our next trip....we would like to do BBB at 8am (is that the 1st appointment?) like you did, and then breakfast at the castle.....my girls just want their hair done (no nails, no dresses).....can you tell me how long your appointment took? I am trying to figure out a ressie time for castle breakfast....any advice?

BBB took about 30 minutes, she got her nails done but we didn't do the package with the dress. I would definately try to get and 8am (first appointment) and then a 9am for breakfast to give yourself enough time. I would even consider 8am for BBB and a lunch at the Castle so you can do a few things in the park when it opens and then have a nice lunch. But I'm always trying to be tour guide and get alot done in the morning. December will be here before you know it!
