Debbi, I swear you must have lead in your bones. You do not look like you weigh 178 pounds. Is gravity different in Italy?
Karen, I sure wish gravity was different here, but those are the numbers on my scale. Is there any way to remove the lead from those old bones???? If so, I wanna know. Thanks for the compliments on my outfit, I rather like it myself, the pants are actually capris, they are just hidden by the big rock and yes, they are a little big I bought them a couple of months ago, I just hate to part with them. The top was new, I guess I am just still self conscience about exposing my body to buy anything too tight. And I want to thank you, you continue to inspire and support me and that means a great deal to me.

Thank you Katholyn, for one of the first times in this transformation I actually do feel proud of my accomplishment! And I have you and all of these wonderful people of WISH to thank for that!
Originally posted by Imhall2000 You look absolutely stunningly fit!!! And I agree with TigH- you can't be 178!! I bet you are ready to buy a whole new wardrobe- those pants are looking too roomy! And I'm even more amazed you've worked it off in Italy! With all that bread and pasta- I don't know if I could manage to lose any weight! GREAT JOB- and congrats on your 30 pound clippie- I'll be right there with ya trying to up it to 35!
Thank you. As a matter of fact, I did buy a lot of new clothes on my recent trip to the US. Also I inherited a bunch of clothes from my sister who is down two sizes from where I am. This picture was taken right after I arrived so I hadn't really had time to shop yet. But boy was it fun! It was so nice to shop in regular sized clothing stores instead of the plus size shops. It actually isn't so hard getting healthy in Italy, most of their pasta's contain wheat flour which is so much better for you than our enriched pasta, you just have to be careful of the yummy sauces and to eat in moderation. I actually think the Italian style of eating is more healthier than the US's.
I didn't mean to miss responding to anyone, but the boards are about to go down for maintenance, so I will check back later to respond some more. But until then, thank you all for your support and kind words, they really help keep me going.
