Well most of you know that we moved from orlando .. Well I still read the Orlando Sentinel online .. And I read some great news ...

Ok the story was called...
Disney announces another year of a million dreams
-Yay another year of fun prizes and a few new prizes


Plus the story said the best thing
"We expect to hit a magical one million dreams late next month."

Which means They will be giving alot of stuff next month when we are there because they still have alot of big prizes to give away ....

I'm so hoping for that night in the castle -- already told DH we are extending our trip if we get it on the day we were scheduled to leave -- don't care how much it would cost to rebook flights/car, etc.

DH just said, 'sure, you are going to win it out of all those folks'...he has no optimism -- one can dream!!

Hi Amanda, I can't believe your kidos already started school, it seems so early! The look so cute on their first day of school. You took some neat pictures.

I took my first one to college this past week and OMG nobody warned me how hard that would be, I miss him so much !! We are a real close family and always did everything together!!

I, too am a stay at home mom, and love having my babies home during the summer. But PTL I still have one left at home. (next year he will be in Kinder).

I hope they are givin' lots of stuff away early in the month too, we will be there 9/7 to 9/13. It would be awesome if we win the night at the castle and my daughter can always remember what Disney gave her for her 16th B-day!! But I will be happy even if it is a small dream!

Alexis informed me that she no longer wants me to sew for her anymore . That she is going into kindergarten, that she wants to be like the other girls and onlying wear things from the mall... she said she still wants to wear bows but no clothes that i make So i guess my little girl is growing up I guess I will no longer be sewing for her ... I guess i shouldn't be upset because I do get to take the easy root, But i had big plans for outfits for school & disney Oh Well I guess this time i can just buy her some cute tees from disney store for our disney trip but WHY ???? Hi Amanda - your kiddos are just too cute for words!! Love all the outfits too. I remember when I was a kid (back near the dawn of time.. ) my Mum used to make my clothes, and I hated them! Which was silly, as they were great clothes! Anyway, your Alexis will come around - maybe take a few years, but she will!! I was a teenager when I realised the advantages of hand sewn clothing!! Cost and individuality in particular!

Keep up the good work with your TR - I am enjoying reading it. Plus I want to read your TR after you get back - I'll take all the tips I can get!!

I saw all of the cute outfits that you made for your daughter and I am sorry that she doesn't want you to sew for her anymore. We are about 40 minutes away from you so any time you get the urge to dress up a little girl in all of those wonderful homemade goodies--just give me a ring. I have a 2 year old diva who loves to be a princess.

Thank you as well for the tip on the Coral Reef. I am about to call and set that up for our anniversary trip.

The second picture is of my great niece Alexis and my daughter Hannah. My sister made these dresses for the wedding. One of these days I will learn to sew.

Hey everyone
Well today we started our countdown to disney wall

As you can see we have 31 more days till disney

Everyday the kids will be able to pull a number off the wall . While i sit back and enjoy the show of joy
As you can see we got paint chips from the home depot but i'm saving my lime green ones for my window at disney ...
My hubby thinks i'm crazy for taking so many ....
He said why in the world are you getting so many of that crazy looking green color.... If he only knew ...

Today while shopping Alexis & I saw a high school musical Tee in her size She said mommy can i get that I can where it at disneys MGM Thats my girl ... Already planning outfits for the trip
Yep.. I got it for her, How could I say no to that ...

I got my DD a high school musical tee yesterday too. DD3 couldn't understand why they didn't have one in her size.Guess they didn't think to make them in 3T...

I still have pictures of me in clothes my grandma made me and they are filled with so many wonderful memories. It seems kids just grow up way faster than I did (and I don't think I'm that old), whenever I see at child 10 or younger with a cell phone I panic a little

I saw some high school musical tees in size 4 at walmart ..
it should fit your 3t because walmart tees get alittle smaller the 1st time wash them
go check them out.. they were only $6.00 I think

So-long, Disney-MGM Studios. In a widely anticipated move, Walt Disney World is renaming its movies-oriented theme park, dropping the disputed "MGM" name from the brand. But unlike much of what has been anticipated in Disney-gossip circles, the new name will contain neither Pixar nor ABC.

Disney's Hollywood Studios will debut in January, Disney World officials announced today.

"The new name reflects how the park has grown from representing the golden age of movies to a celebration of the new entertainment that today's Hollywood has to offer -- in music, television, movies and theater," Disney World President Meg Crofton stated in a news release.
Disney-MGM studios opened on May 1, 1989, and the original lineup of attractions was weighed heavily toward images and themes drawn from Hollywood's "golden age" of the 1920s-'40s. Since then, however, shows, rides and other attractions have drawn much from Disney's television shows and more modern movies.

The name MGM was originally adopted for the park through a 1985 licensing agreement with MGM movies company that had its origins as Metro Goldwyn Mayer. However, in the 1990s the two corporations sparred in court several times over Disney's use of the name. In 1992 Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Curtis B. Rappe ruled that Disney retained rights to the name for Disney-MGM Studios at Walt Disney World, but that MGM had rights to the name in most other uses, including a theme park MGM wanted to build in Las Vegas.

Almost ever since, speculation has centered on whether Disney would drop MGM from its name. Officials had long denied that the theme park would be renamed either as Disney-ABC Studios, in honor of the broadcast network owned by the Walt Disney Co., or as Disney-Pixar Studios, in honor of the computer animation movie company that Disney bought last year.

Crofton said the new name, "Disney's Hollywood Studios," reflects the park's present and future.

"As a park all about entertainment, Disney's Hollywood Studios will deliver like never before," she stated in the release. "Now we can say that Hollywood is literally our middle name."

I like the sound of hollywood studios ....
