My kingdom for a topolinos breakfast reservation

I think what I read was that they are saving ADRs at some resort restaurants for resort guests, which is why it would’ve worked for harmony and bbb.
I’m not saying it doesn’t work period. Just that it’s not working as well as it used to.
This would make sense.

Thanks!

I was just able to get a late breakfast ADR for my 60+4 but could only get it for two ppl but need three. 😞

Probably no need to worry about adding just one when it's not a pre-pay like CRT.

You might have to wait longer for a table than you'd like, but I'd show up and simply say you've 1 more. If you were 4 wanting to add a 5th person, that would require a 6-top--a problem at such a busy restaurant.

The two of us are often seated at 4-tops, so I highly doubt 3 instead of 2 will be an issue other than a lengthier wait.

For places that busy, in future I'd book for 4 instead of trying 3 at all. The Disney system doesn't like odd numbers.
Hope the best for you to be able to have 3 seated for a reservation of 2. However, in the past year, there have been several times where DW & I have a reservation for 2 and are seated at a table that only accommodates 2. Sometimes the 2 of us have been seated at a table that accommodates 3 or 4.

Tomorrow morning I get to try my luck at making a Topolino's reservation. We are staying at Riviera if that gives us any advantage.

And I was able to get a Topolino's breakfast reservation on my 60+5 day; I didn't check availability on other days. But again, we are staying at Riviera, and I don't know if that gives any advantage.

Thank you so much for the encouragement! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Just wanted to update for anyone interested...at the two day mark I was able to find a reservation for 3 people at an even better time than my original 2 person reservation. As a side note, the pacing of the meal (felt rushed) and the characters (didn't see all of them until a good 20 minutes after we'd settled the bill, seems like they missed our section) seemed off. I understand every place has off days but it's hard when it's your day!
