So I have decided to join weight watchers because I bought a shirt at Hard Rock, Universal, and a Disney shirt last year and I can not fit them. They have never been worn. So my goal is to lose 20 pds before i leave (in 53 days 

) I have been told by some that I can lose 30 or more but I don't want to set myself up for failure or disappointment. As of this morning I have lost 6 pds. I think it is all of the water I have to drink
So I am on the points system. I get 32 pts a day and 35 pts a week in case I go over a day. I earn activity points by walking. I started out on my tredmil at 10 minutes. Today I put on my fave show "Life on Mars" (only one more episode til its gone forever 
) and walked 20 minutes. I hope to acheive my goal and get into those shirts and improve my health in the process.
I also completed a few days of my touring plan today. Here it is so far. I have been very literal lol.

8:00 am-6:00 pm I have to work my day job
2:00 pm-- go to Cracker Barrel to get my paycheck and cash it for the road
6:30 pm- 7:00 pm--get home and use tredmill for 20-30 minutes
7:00 pm- 12:00 am-- sleep
12:00 am-1:00 am-- take a shower and pack the car
1:00 am-- Leave home !!!
1:10 am-- stop at Quick Trip (gas station) for gas and coffee
7:00 am-- stop at McDonald's for breakfast
9:00 am or 10:00 am Check in at Pop Century
10:00 am or 11:00 am--go to Magic Kingdom and get character time sheet
11:00 am we will do the following:
1. Swiss Family Treehouse
2. The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
3. Jungle Cruise
4. Eat at Pacos Bills
5. The Enchanted Tiki Room
6. POTC
7. Meet Jasmine and Aladdin and possible Pirate Tutorial
8. Country Bear Jamboree
9. Frontierland Shootin arcade
10. Diamond Horseshoe Saloon
11. Splash Mountain
12. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
13. WDW Railroad to Main street.
14. Leave at 8:00 pm to go back to Pop to get ready for dinner
15. Go to Tony Roma's for my birthday dinner about 9:00 pm
16. go to wal mart to get breakfast items for the week
17. 12:00 am Lights out!!
Day 2 Saturday May 23, 2009
1. Sleep late today
2. Tour the resort or swim and eat lunch at Pop food court from 12-3
3. 3:00 take bus to the monorail to tour the GF, Poly, and CR
4. Go to the boardwalk and have fun!
5. Eat at the ESPN Club
6. Go to Wilderness campground for the movie
7. Go back to hotel and swim if there is time
8. Lights out at 11:00 pm
