OMG! I am sooo proud of this. My DD (10) is obsessed by Monster High, and I wanted so bad to do this for her, but didn't know if I could pull it off, esp. by Christmas, but I done it. Most people don't understand my excitement about this, but I knew my Budget minded DISsers would,
especially since I did this for less than $75.
My custom Monster High house
Room #1 (Misc.)
Room #2 (Dance room) (not finished, going to install twinkle lights on the back wall, and a disco ball Christmas ornament on the ceiling)
Room #3 (Spectra's room)
Room #4 (Cleo's room)
Room #5 (Draculaura's room) (waiting for her coffin bed)
Room #6 (Lagoona's room) (waiting for her hydration station)
Room #7 (Clawdeen's room) (waiting for her bunk bed)
Room #8 (Abbey's room)
Room #9 (Ghoulia's room)
Room #10 (Frankie's room) (waiting for her mirror/bed) (looks orange in the pics, but it's actually neon pink)
I nearly bit off more than I could chew with this, but so glad I tried. Also, gotta give DH some credit for the carpentry work on the house. Thanks for letting me share. I was tired of the weird looks from my family, as to why the "ugly dolls" DD has, needed a house. BTW, I don't think they are ugly at all, I'm glad DD likes a doll that teaches her that it's okay to be different, I guess that's why I'm embracing this fad as much as she is.
