He was in so much pain last night. I stayed up until 3:00am with him. I pretty much cried all night long. He finally looked at me and put his head in my hands and I knew I had to let him go.
We (my son and I) brought him to the veterinary clinic where my sil works and I felt better knowing that she was there for him at the end. I couldn't go in. I had a hard time letting him go. But they told me it was for the best. His tumor had doubled in size and he could hardly walk, sit or lay down, he was in pain no matter what.
That was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life.
