You're right that technically those dates are not all "value season". Some of them are "fall season" and some are "regular season". Disney has created so many "seasons" that it's hard to keep track of them all! It doesn't help that the seasons also vary by resort level!She said it was simply their value season discount. How ridiculous! The value season doesn't extend into December! I find it ridiculous that Disney can put a commercial on television and have their call center have absolutely no information about it. I told her we go every year, so hopefully she would know I have at least some idea what I was talking about. She still tried to tell me it was their normal value season prices. Very frustrating........
However, Disney has always run these types of commercials for stays "as low as" a certain price. And those commercials have always been for the rack rates. The key is to be aware of what their normal pricing is.
