We enjoy going out to listen to bands, but we have pretty specific tastes in music. Places we like to go could be doing country, rock, alternative, dance music, retro dance music, a DJ, or whatever. They cater to wide audiences.
But, some of these venues are terrible about maintaining a schedule on their websites/social media pages. It's frustrating when you're trying to make plans.
Right now, DW is trying to put together a girls weekend st the lake. She knows where she wants to stay, but their website calendar is currently blank. It was populated for the entire Summer many months ago up through mid September. Now that mid September has come & gone, no updates.
Calls & e-mails haven't produced any results. It's kind of a pricey place & the gals don't want to wind up there on "folk duo" weekend. This morning, they were running an ad on the radio for an event in October. Go to the website, nothing about it at all. Ugh
