Hi everybody, we are in the process of purchasing our first travel trailer. Does anyone own a Trailmanor? Anyway, I've only opened a few threads but have already found some great information. Keep up the good work!!!

We checked them out a few years ago but wound up geting a MH instead. They looked pretty nice. Lots of room for a low, short package while in the towing configuration. Enjoy.

Hi and Welcome! No, I don't know what a trail manor is - we have an Aerolite. I just wanted to say hi and welcome! Enjoy your camper - we love ours and have made so many memories with it.

A Trailmanor is a hard-sided pop-up trailer. There pretty cool...here's a picture:

We have a Hi Lo which is very similar to a Trailmanor and we LOVE it. We started out in a pop-up years ago and moved up to a full sized 22' TT. We had a leaking problem that we didn't know about until it was too late and the TT was totaled.

Hubby wanted to go back to a pop up since it was more aerodynamic but I said no way! We looked at MANY different kinds and couldn't find a good compromise and I was just about to give in and let him get the pop-up (after all, he's the one who has to pull it :teeth: ). Well we pulled into a place to look at pop-ups and there was a very slightly used Hi Lo. We don't have any dealers near here so they are really hard to come by in this area.

For towing they're EXCELLENT. When they're down they're lower than the tow vehicle so there's no drag. The Trailmanor would be the same I'm sure. I'm sure you're going to love it and if you haven't been to FW yet, you're in for a treat. It's a beautiful campground!

Thank you for your replies! We really are excited to start camping. We don't pick up the trailer for a few more weeks but already have lots of long weekends planned. A WDW trip will have to be down the road a ways as we live in WA and would need several weeks vacation to make it that far. Some day though... :cool1:
