My faith is renewed in AKL concierge.

Things didn't go as smoothly as I expected last April and I was hesitant to stay there again, although I did just make reservations for one night in August to let my kids experience the lodge.

Then Lynn, from concierge, now one of their itinerary planners, called to wish me a Happy Anniversary. I have fond memories of her from last visit and even have her email, but she called me just to make my day happy, she didn't know that we're staying there again.

I only made the reservation last Friday, but she looked it up and transferred the reservation to the AKL's system and handled a couple things for me already. So I'm much happier to be staying there and much more confident that everything will go as planned.

***********, that is wonderful! I hope you enjoy your stay there. I know that no resort can be perfect all the time, but I do know that the AKL seems to have a better batting record than the other WDW resorts (which is saying an awful lot since that resort is still less than a year old).
