Believe me, you don't!!! My Mum had it as adult in her late 30's and was never fully well again...![]()
My two had it over christmas two years ago - eldest DD was two and a half and youngest DD was three months old! Apparently she could get it again

I had it bad in my early twenties, it was awful....
I'm so sorry your son will miss out on his birthday tea and his school trips, but in the long run, I think it's for the best (if you know what I mean).
Tip: You can buy a product called Oilatum which my DD used to get on presciption, it's an eczema treatment. Used in the bath its an oily product that keeps the skin soft and supple and helps with the itching, and prevents scaring.
