My dog was poisoned by my neighbor on purpose

OP I'm sorry you're going through this, hope Champy has recovered by now.
I'm sure all this bantering and nit picking is not helping you and not the reason you posted in the first place.
Our pets are part of our lives and when they're hurt or sick we hurt too.
Hope you have a good outcome with the investigation and can keep Champy safe.

Op, I am happy to hear your pet is doing better and I do hope if the neighbor is intentionally harming pets that they are prosecuted like Michael Vick! Even if this did occur on her property, she can be found liable and negligent.

I was just reading about a trajic incident with 2 boys in our area that happened several years ago from a crazy neighbor.

All the neighborhood boys had 4 wheelers as the lots were large and wooded. Well they would ride them thru the woods of the neighborhood and 1 of the neighbors complained about the boys cutting thru his lot and the noise. 1 day he waited with a shotgun at the bottom of a jump and as the boys descended he shot them both. Killed 1 and paralyzed the other.
The neighbor was killed by police.
