Just received my tickets from Undercover Tourist, I have not yet made my room only resort reservation.

Question, can I go ahead and add my tickets to MDE or do I need to make a reservation 1st then link tickets to reservation?

I bought my tickets before I booked so I think you can do that

Tickets and passes are not linked to a room reservation. If you already have magic bands from a previous trip the tickets will automatically link to them once you put them in your MDE account.

If you have a reservation and bands are already picked out , will the new tickets I order on the Disney website link on there own to the new bands as well as the old?

The bands are just a means to access what's on your MDE account - any and all bands linked to your MDE account will access anything that's in the account.
