My Disney Experience ressies are gone...

About 3 weekes ago, set up all my trips info (split stay), made my ressies for meals, booked my FP+...all was GREAT...and I must say I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was! I received my Magic Bands earlier this week...thrilled. Just logged in to make a change and everything is gone...the system is treating me like a brand new user. Is this normal? I am trying not to panic, but not sure what to make of it! System seems to be running fine, no delays, etc.

Also I am doing a split stay...2 ressies at BLT (one on my DVC points and one on bought points). Is it normal to get 2 sets of Magic Bands?. Do I really need to switch bands for my one night of "bought" points for our last night? With my question above, I had linked the 2 ressies together seamlessly. Was surprised to receive 2 sets!

Something similar happened to me. I called the My Disney Experience tech support and they were able to fix it. Somehow I had two accounts linked to the same email address (still have no idea how it happened) but they were able to deactivate one of the accounts and everything showed back up.
 
I had the same thing happen before a recent trip. My plans would appear, disappear and appear again. Everything worked out. I just made sure I printed them when they reappeared.
 
I had this happen to me yesterday. Called Disney and it was fixed within about 10 min. Everything was still there.
 

Had a bit of a panic situation earlier this week with the app. Called and got everything fixed within a few minutes. I can honestly say that the tech department for the app are some of the friendliest CMs that I have dealt with. They worked through everything with me, calmed me down, and got it all fixed up. I can't say enough good things about them!
 
THE SAME exact thing happened to me. I had to call in and they did their best to fix it. Nothing was exact but I told them exactly what happened on the phone and the first agent I had told me she fixed it all was fine within 5 minutes i'd see it back. No luck so I called back and spoke to someone else. This time I was sobbing. I guess he felt sorry for me because he gave me an extra fastpass. I can't believe this is happening to others too.
 
My stuff comes and goes on their website. Usually it's there one day and gone the next.

So far it's always come back but if not, I'd call the tech support and have them help you out.
 
I had so much trouble early on with the site so I saved every single email saved in a Disney trip folder. Pictures of our FP+ reservations are stored in my iPhone. Plus I have the MDE app- which weirdly does not always have the same information as my online MDE account. Now, I just have to make sure my phone doesn't break!:goodvibes

This same exact thing happened to me. I have no idea how it happened either, but tech support fixed it.

Ditto ! I had an old Disney account ( maybe for the old pixie hollow game or requesting a DVD) they were both linked to the same email account but one had a screen name, the other my email as a login. Everything was there, they just had to de activate the one account and everything was back on the other . no worries ( this time)
