So far been on the phone with tech support for an hour trying to recover our ADR's that disappeared when I installed the App on my phone... not so magical...

I thought it didn't matter if they were messed up on the app. it's all visual. mine are all messed up with people missing and adults that are kids, but when i called dining and gave the res number they were all as they should be.

Did you get on a computer and pull them up by the reservation number?

Ok heres the update! Thursday I installed the app on my iPhone, I created a new account and linked our main reservation to it. That was the Catalyst but not the direct cause. DW has had multiple accounts (mainly created by Disney IT) because we couldn't see our DCL Account. Last week during a call they condensed them all into one, but didn't close the old ones out properly or something like that so their were reservations somehow all over the place even though my wife has only used the one account for our WDW stuff. (Run on sentence my bad).
After nearly 2 hours on the phone with 2 of their IT people they said we'll call you back when we get it all linked... that took them another 2 hours!

So yes a reservation never disappears unless you tell it to, but talk about scary as heck! We chose these dates because we have BBB and CRT booked perfectly in line ith eachother, if we lost those I shudder to think of the reaction here...

So kudos to the Disney team for spending that much time on our small group! I feel that they could of just said "Sorry sir, you'll have to start over" at any point but these 2 didn't give up! It was scary when she said

We cheered, and said Great!
She said, no not great, this is bad... but we can fix it!
Our hearts were still on the floor.

I've decided MDE is the only thing about Disney I don't like. Our reservation has versions of correct information. Sometimes it's the resort, sometimes the guests, etc. At least my ADRs are correct.
