My dining reservations - where have they gone?

I went into my WDW account to cancel my Fireworks Dessert Party.

But all my dining reservations have gone now and when I put the confirmation in from my printout it says it doesn't marry up with my phone number?????

Has this happened to anyone else? Have they all gone eeeek

It's happened to many of us. I couldn't call up my first batch last year so I rang them and they are were all there but like you, didn't match my phone number so I was never able to call them up and view them online. I noted my reservation numbers and checked in for our meals with no problem. If you have more to make, it may be worth doing what I did for any subsequent ones I made: I used the resort phone number I was able to call up every single one of those.

Phone if you want peace of mind, but they are not gone - they simply cannot be retrieved online.

I managed to find them again crazy system.

It still won't let me cancel the dessert party without going all screwy but at least my reservations are still there.

Will do the dessert party when we arrive at Guest Relations - I can do this can't I? As I have to pick up annual pass.

I had this problem last week. When I called WDW they were all there. The CM stated that she had received several calls, and their computers were moving slow. On Monday when I went to my ressies online they were there. Some days they are, some days they are not. Try the following:
Log out completely and then sign back in.
Click the update reservations link: Mine have reappered after doing this.
Also try putting in a ressie # for a different ressie. I've also had them all reappear after this.

If none of them come back online, after making a call and they are confirmed don't worry about them. However, do have your ressie #'s with you just in case...
