She must have been thinking about this all morning, because she came back and asked me if I was just going to eat junk food that whole weekend (She knows I'm trying to lose weight.) I told her all I'll be eating will be Dole Whips and frozen bananas, because those have fruit in them, so they must be healthy. She didn't know what a Dole Whip was, and told me she didn't care.

I can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

Say hi to Mickey and Minnie for us. Tell them that we're planning a week long trip in December. When I break the news to my kids that we're only going for 7 days instead of 10, I know I'm going to get grief from them. But, since I've heard from MI that there isn't much to do, we should have our fill in 7 days.

Ok, now let me get this straight. She is telling you it is insane to go to WDW for a weekend when you live in Chicago?? It is not insanity to go to Las Vegas for a weekend. Las Vegas from Chicago is much further than Chicago to Fla. I would love to know her logic on this one. After all she is the one who was "supposed" to go to Las Vegas.
