My animation art is broken - Need Advice

Hi Everyone!!! About 2 years ago, I purchased the Sorcerer Mickey Animation Art from the Disney Store. I left it in its packaging until we moved into our new house this past August. Well, after about five or six times of "playing" it, the lightning feature of the art stopped working? It just isn't the same without the lightning Does anyone have any idea where I can get it fixed???? Thanks!

The Disney Stores typically send all that type of stuff out for repairs to a place in California called, I believe, "Animation Art" (funny coincidence, isn't it!).

You should be able to call your "local" Disney Store and get their number. If your "local" store doesn't have the number for some reason, ask for the number of any of the Gallery Stores like the New York gallery store). They'll have the information for sure!
