My ADR time just opened... can't make any

My day just opened to make my 180+10 ADR's and I can't book any online. Whenever I try it says:

We were unable to check for available tables at this time.

A problem occurred while looking for availability. Please try again later.

Is it a website problem????

Website is working. Have you tried logging out, changing browsers?
When I get that problem occurred message, usually it's temporary. I just ignore it and try a new date. Then I go back to the date I was attempting to book.
It is a frustrating website, not particularly user friendly. :crazy2:

Yes and I'm now on hold for IT at Disney. I can book up to Oct. 24, but my 10days out is not working at all. Made some reservations over the phone like BOG. Thank you for replying back so quickly!

While you're on hold, try logging in. Go to My Disney Experience, and select my itinerary. Scan down, select book dining.
Your + 10 should be in the system then. Good luck! :goodvibes
 

Okay so IT was NO HELP AT ALL. He saw what I was talking about but had no idea how to resolve the issue. HUH???? He said this was the first time that he has seen this problem. I'm guessing this has happened more than once. Very frustrating!

Have you made sure you are logged into My Disney Experience, and not just logged into the main web site?

I ran into the same problem/glitch back in February in my 180+10 day... I was online & on the app all ready right at 6am but the system wasn't working -- for me. :(

Others were happily reporting success getting their ADRs as I kept getting error after error.

I ended up not trying to correct it but called at just after 7am to make my must have's ((BOG & Wishes Dessert Party)
Knowing that the system was working for some, I did not want to be shut out of my dates!

Once these were made for our preferred dates & times... I dealt with the IT department. It was a multi email & phone call day, but in the end everything was resolved.

Yep - that is exactly what is happening. I can book all day for Oct. 24, but once I put in the 10+ dates, errors. I have restarted my computer, gone to my Ipad, iphone and all the same. Logged in and re-logged in multiple times. I will call IT again. The first person I spoke to had no clue how to fix the problem.

I must of missed this post, but I did just try that and it's still not working... GRRR! The +10 is showing, its just not allowing me to book anything.
 
This happened to me today you are not alone! I could make reservations for 10/24 and 10/25 but that's it, no +10. And I know what I am doing on the website so it wasn't user error. Tried iPad, computer and different browsers.

Had to call at 7 to get the rest. So frustrating.

I'm glad I'm not alone in this! I just called back and made the rest of my reservations. I will call IT again later today. I just know that I will probably add more or change times and I don't want to have to call every single time.

My ADRs opened on Friday and I've been having the same issue, even with changing browsers, logging in again...etc. Something that worked for me was to enter the name of the restaurant, click on the link and then make the reservations from there. The only downside is I couldn't see what the availability was at multiple restaurants. I did end up calling to try and make some reservations but several restaurants were already completely booked. Good luck!
 
I have had the same problem since the 23. I have been having problems on and off where it will say the page can not be displayed or not found or just not working at all. I have tried multiple browsers and had the same issue with them all so it is not my computer it is Disney. I have also had problems when dealing with my fast passes as well. It will say something went wrong then I get out of it but it made the change anyway. Not really impressed with their systems.

I had the same problem today, and not only was IT no help at all, the CM that I got to make my reservations was clearly laughing and joking with a co-worker while on the phone with me. I made two reservations, and then couldn't take it any more, so I'll have to call back. SO FRUSTRATING!
 
I have had this same problem today. I had to call to get most of mine. It let me book 180+1 but nothing afterwards. The CM I spoke with had no clue why it was giving me an error. So frustrating!! I hope it gets resolved soon because I hate calling in!!
 
Count me as another who couldn't book online for their entire stay. My window opened this morning, and I was only able to make reservations for the first 5 days. I had to call in the rest. Fortunately, I got right through to a CM when I called at 7AM on the dot, and was able to get everything I wanted. Still very frustrating that the online system wasn't working correctly; I hate calling, too.
 
WOW! Sounds like there are a lot of us going thru this! Very frustrating. I spoke to IT again this morning and they still are just clueless. Even the CM that I spoke to when I added another reservation today was clueless and had no idea what I was talking about. This is making me VERY NERVOUS about doing our FP+ selections! At least there are still several months out before that happens.
 
I find that if I search availability on the main dining page I get "We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time", but it works if searching on an individual restaurant's page.
 
Sweet, merciful, crap. This is still happening what 5 years after they implemented this system. I've literally never been able to successfully book my 6 months + 10 day reservations and have to call every time. The most frustrating thing is I can see the availability but when I click I get "A problem occurred while looking for availability. Please try again later" when booking directly from the restaurant's page or "We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time" when booking from https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/, then the time disappears so you can't even book it over the phone (temporarily). Beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time. Disney IT is absolutely terrible, for a company that focuses on customer experience (which includes user experience using your applications). About to be on the phone with DVC MS for a couple hours to book ressies...fun fun.

Update: just got off the phone with DVC MS after a 1.5 hour call. They were great as always, just wish their website was as well. He did say they have two systems they can book ADRs with and one was giving him errors as well, so basically he saw the same thing I did. They can always book in the +10 window by phone.
