I'm so aggrivated right now.
I ordered contacts a week ago from aclens. Maybe even over a week ago. I filled in all of my info correctly - and they've sent me three different emails to tell me that the phone number I've entered is incorrect for my doctor.
I've called the same number that I've given them and it correct.
I need my new contacts! ARGH! At this point I'm ready to just cancel and order somewhere else. I'm shocked that a company this big still calls to verify over the phone instead of with a fax or an automated system to be honest.
It's very aggravating, especially since I paid for expedited shipping for them since I am on my last pair.
