I was just noticing that MVMCP, doesnt(or at least not this past year) run right up until Christmas. I think the last day I saw was the 20th.
For those who have attend MVMCP in the past... If you were to go to WDW at Christmas time, but missed getting to go to MVMCP(say you arrived on 12/21, and it had stopped by then), would you feel like you missed much? I would assume you still get fireworks most nights, and the Christmas parade too. What else would you really be missing out on besides the family picture and some shows? I guess Im wondering if we do end up going, but miss MVMCP, will we feel that we didnt get the full Christmas effect at MK?

There were other special entertainment such as:
Mickey's 'Twas the Night Before Christmas at the Galaxy Theatre in Tomorrowland.
The Wild West Christmas Show at the Diamond Horseshoe Revue in Liberty Square
Belle's Enchanted Christmas in the Fantasyland Pavillon
Story telling at Fairytale Garden in Fantasyland and the Stage show at the castle.
Most of this was exclusive to the MVMCP.

If all you are interested in is the parade and fireworks, you may not feel as if you have missed much at all.

Most of the special entertainment presented during the MVMCP events are performed during regular park hours after the last MVMCP. Celebrate the Season is performed on the Castle Forcourt stage, and Mickey's 'Twas the Night... is performed at the Galaxy Palace Theatre. Cookies and Cocoa, family photos, and special concerts (like the ones this year featuring 'Jump5') are exclusive to MVMCP.
