My son had an extra MYW 5 day ticket since one less was going than he had thought and he sold it on ebay. Put it on at 11 pm and it was sold by morning.

I've sold concert tickets before but not Disney Tix...my tickets sold very fast...like within 24 hours. I assume MVMVP tix will go fast as well.
