MVMCP vets - which counter service open??

We are going to our first MVMCP this year. We will be at MK on 2 other evenings to do PS's. We don't want to miss any of the festivities and are thinking we would be too anxious to enjoy a meal at LTT or CP. Someone warned me that only certain counter services will be open then (possibly 4??), but couldn't remember the names. We were thinking about just grabbing hotdogs from Casey's, or if it's too cold then getting chicken wraps from Pecos Bill. For those of you that have attended past MVMCP, do you remember which counter services were open?? Thanks for your help.

We went in Cosmic ray's right after the park closed, which was an hour before the official start of MVMCP. I think the whole thing was open at that time, but that they did shut down some parts durting MVMCP.
