We have park hopper tickets for 7 days with our trip starting on the 19th of December. Should I give up one of the days and use it for MVMCP on the 20th?? I originally thought that the $40.00 was on top of my entry to the MK fee. Now I find out that it is your park entry fee. Do I have that right??? I have to buy for 9 adults, so I'm not sure if it is worth it or not?. I know that when I added another day to our park hoppers it was only about $2.00 more per person. Does anybody have any input on this and know if I still would be paying alot just to get into the party??? :confused3 Thanks so much!! :flower:

Yes, you do not need a park ticket to get into the party...your party ticket gets you into MK as early as 4:00 pm...so I personally would not use a day on my hopper for the first part of the day, and then the party ticket that night. Instead I'd use the hopper for another day. It is a slightly different experience, so for that it is neat to see. I guess it's up to your group to vote whether or not to pay the extra to do it or just skip it.

Okay, not sure if I am understanding your original question.

Are you asking if you can use a day off of your hopping pass to gain entry into MVMCP?

"I originally thought that the $40.00 was on top of my entry to the MK fee. Now I find out that it is your park entry fee."

MVMCP is a separate ticket event ($40) and if you want to visit a theme park on the 20th, then you will have to use a day off of your regular ticket. If you decide not to attend a park the morning of the party, then your ticket to MVMCP can get you through the gates at MK starting around 4pm.

That's exactly what I wanted to know. Also another question while I'm at it. How do they clear everybody out of the park for the party??? Isn't it pretty crowded if everybody hangs around, especially for the parade and so on??? :earseek: :flower:

The park closes at 6:00p to non-party people and if you do not have a wristband, they will ask you to leave. They are very efficient at this, IMHO. They will not let you ride the rides without one.

By the time they show the first parade, non-party goers would be long gone...I think the first parade is at 8:15p and the park closed at 6:00p to non-party goers.
