If I'm buying a ticket to the MVMCP only, will I be able to make three fast pass selections from 4-7?

Yes, unless you've also made FPs at another park in the morning.

Just to be more precise, you need to make these FP+ for times for windows between 3:30pm (yes) to 6:30pm.

Nixon is correct as well, you won't be able to if you've made FP's for another park due to having other tickets..unless you link your party tickets to a separate MDE account for yourself. Thus letting you have regular FP's, then your party FP's

you'll be able to make them until 6:30pm.

so you'll want to make one from 3:30pm-4:30pm, one from 4:30pm-5:30pm, and one from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

Sorry for being new but I just want to make sure I understand correctly. So if we have FP for another park earlier in the day (or even MK earlier in the day?), I would have to create a whole new MDE account with new profiles for the four of us going to the party, purchase the party tickets through that new account and then create FP for us on that account? How would that work with magic bands/redeeming the fast passes?

You would have to have a separate MDE account and ticket media linked to that. You could link your party tickets to the second account, and then just use the card tickets instead of Magic Bands for entry to the party and FP. It's more trouble than it's worth if you ask me, but it can be done.
