MVMCP crowd question

Hi,
I was just wondering if MK tends to be more crowded on MVMCP days (during regular hours)? We're not going to MVMCP, but are trying to decide if we should go to MK on a Friday (MVMCP day) or Saturday (no MVMCP) the weekend before Christmas in order to best avoid crowds.
I know MK tends to be crowded on Saturdays, but would it be better or worse than on MVMCP Friday?

In my opinion, go to MK on Friday. Usually MVMCP days are less crowded because the park closes at 6:00p so people tend to go to other parks to get their money's worth.

I've been to MK during the day of MVMCP and it's wasn't bad at all. Granted it was the beginning of December but still.

We did MK on our last day last Dec. It was a Friday and the crowds were virtually nonexistent!! I don't think we waited for any ride!

We were there from Dec 7th - 14th. Friday was the 13th. There were no crowds at all that week. We only needed FP once and that was in AK (which was the most crowded park we hit - it was a Wed.) We are planning next years trip the same week.

Thanks for the reply, always quiet! We'll be there the following week and I'm concerned that the crowds will already be building by the Friday right before Christmas...but crowds or no crowds, it'll be a fun trip!

I think we'll probably go on Friday, then hop to somewhere else at 6 to get our $'s worth. Hopefully it won't be too crowded - some sites say it's not too bad THROUGH the week before Christmas and others say it's up UNTIL the week before. Oh well, I've waiting so long to go back that I'm sure it'll be a blast either way.
