Must do's with a 7 year old princess

My princess loved the following:

PSB (but then we saw all the same characters in EPCOT with NO lines at their respective countries (Snow White - Germany, Belle - France (also at Belle's story time in MK), Mulan - China, Jasmine - Morocco & Mary Poppins - UK (also near the carrousel in MK), and I read Aurora is in France sometimes too but we did not see her).
Making crowns - expensive but as soon as she saw it she had to have it!

Pin trading - we bought from Disney store online after Xmas (tons of Xmas ones on sale) & traded those (in Sept of the next yr) for ALL princess pins!

Try to wake up Tink by being the 1st one at Tinkerbelle's Treasures in MK right when it opens.

VotLM & B&TB in MGM.

ALL the parades have princesses.

Toontown Princess Room (dd even got picked to walk Cinderella from the outside of Toontown into her room, don't ask me how, it just happened!! We were one of the 1st ones there & a few people greeted her outside & then the CM said we could walk her in!!). Ariel was there since her Grotto was closed, maybe it will be open when you are there.

Cinderella's Surprise Celebration - in front of the castle - has princes too! DD always asks about the princes!

Everyone called her Princess Abby when she wore it!

Hope this helps!

Oh yeah, Harmony Barber Shop will put pixie dust in her hair too! On Main St on the left past Town Hall tucked back in a corner.

My princess is a little bit older (9), but we are looking forward to picking out a shell with the pearl at Epcot!

Yes to all of the above! I just returned from WDW with 2 princesses age 4 & 8.

We did the PSB (loved this) and CRT, also dinner at Crystal Palace (it's pooh bear characters, but so much fun). Make sure to see PhilharMagic, my older dd is a big Jasmine fan and loved the part where it felt like you were flying with Jasmine and Aladdin. The Belle story telling is great, esp. if your princess gets picked for the show. Try sitting farther in, closer to the wall. My dd's also loved Wishes, we sat where we had a perfect view of Tinkerbell!! Also, ask to sit in the front of the monorail, they'll get a special "assistant" card. But their fave event was the Wonderland Tea Party at the GF, with Alice and the mad hatter. There is a more expensive princess tea party, but the Alice version is more reasonably priced and they are still talking about it!

Oh, I forgot the statue show in Italy at Epcot. It's great!
