Must do excursions??

My family and I are going on our first DC in December out of Galveston and will be going to Nassau, Castaway Cay, and Key West. My kids are 14, 6, and 3. We know that we want to snorkel at CC, but I we aren't sure what else to do there or at the other ports. I don't want to spend all my money on excursions. What do yall consider "must do" excursions for these three ports. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I am sailing on the Disney Dream and I am so so so excited that I just saved my family of 5 $285 by booking our Dolphin Shallow Water interaction with Atlantis through their bahamasdaypass.com they also Pre Sell the Aquaventure Passes to cruise passengers. Taxi's are easy to get right off the cruise ship, it's 10 minutes away. $12 total for the first 2 guests, and $3 for each additional passenger. I have also done Resortforaday.com at the British Colonial Hilton, but it sold out for this upcoming trip. They are a great resort for families just looking for a nice quiet beach day. But they only sell 10 passes a day so they sell out quickly. Hope you both have an amazing cruise!
