DH is a Chiropractor and its not for everyone. I beleive it works wonder but I won't preach. Keep in mind if one DDCH does not work it DOESN"T mean another won't.
Heating pad is the WRONG answer ...ice paks are. I suffer from these headaches often. Over the counter migraine meds have caffeine in them and can cause rebound headaches the next day. careful.
What works for me is Kinesiology ( form of chiropractic) Quite,cool,dark room with an Ice pak on my head and the scent of PEPPERMINT OIL, you can find it in health food stores and works wonders. I always travel with the oil on a wash cloth in a zip lock bag you never know whent he headache will creep up.
