Today is my last semi-long run before the race. 5 slow miles. Tomorrow I'll do a fast 3 miles and then I'm done. two full days of rest and recovery.I'm going to continue lifting up until the race. It won't negatively impact my time and it helps keep me sane! Are you guys winding down your routines as well?

I think I'll try to make a 5 mile run today and a little biking, maybe the same. Tomorrow will be mow the lawn and try to do maybe 2 miles tops. Then I'm calling it quits and heading the Detroit Thursday after work.
