I plan on using our MTTMM's in August and was wondering about the time and getting to the ToonTown Gate.

So if the park opens at 8am then ToonTown would open up at 9am, but with MTTMM they would both open at 8am. Right? :confused3 Ok, so my question is if the main gates don't open until 8am how are you suppose to get to MTTMM at 8am?

On Magic Morning days when the park officially opens at eight, Magic Morning begins at seven. However, MM really only lets you into Main Street and parts of Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. Toon Town still opens at its regular time regardless of MM, I believe.

Wavy Blue, the OP is talking about Mickey's Toontown Morning Madness, not Magic Morning. :goodvibes

I haven't been to MTTMM, but I have heard that it starts with character greetings. And I have heard that the "honorary citizen of Toontown" ceremony starts between 20 to 30 minutes after MTTMM starts (to allow time for guests to travel to Toontown).

HTH :earsboy:

If MM is at 7, normal gate opening is at 8, and TT would open for all at 9.

If that day is a MTTMM day and you have vouchers, the TT gates will open at 8.

For quite a good amount of time, you just wander around TT. Then 20 or 30 minutes into it (you can ride rides if you wish, the whole 2 of them, LOL, or play with the interactive doors, jail bars, buttons, boxes, and TNT exploding device, you can shop, you can take pictures, play in Donald's boat or be disappointed by the treehouse) they do the little show to open TT, where the Mayor (Mickey) comes out and there's a song and dance number. They pass out honorary citizen of TT buttons as well.

Then everyone runs to Mickey's house for autographs. :)

They know that people are starting at the gate. They don't start the festivities until you have a chance to get there. :)
