MS Hours of Operation?

Could someone tell me the days and hours DVC Member Services are available? Also, are some hours busier than others?

I think it's 9-5:30 M-T-W-F Eastern time, and 9-7:30 on Thursdays. Busiest times are right at 9:00 am, especially on Monday.
