MS had no wait time!

Much to my amazement got right through yesterday and today for my President's week ressie. I wanted SV at BW and got it no problem! (of course I'm going night by night so have 2 days to go.

MS, actually just called me back...I have a studio and 1 BR booked as a lockoff, and she suggested a convert it to a 2 BR to save points. I explained I booked it that way because family couldn;t answer me if they were going or not. I thought it was great MS cared enough to try and save people points

Its great to hear that MS called you back and gave you a suggestion on what to do with your reservation. How many times have I asked MS for a opinion on what to do and they gave me an impression they didn't care. You were lucky.

I am glad you also had no wait time to talk to MS. Its great their phones weren't too busy.

I called MS yesterday and got right through as well. (We made our late summer OKW ressie!)

I called Friday to check on point status and had to wait a whole MINUTE! Sheesh!
