MS ben trying to call for 15 mins Line BUSY

Between RCI and Christmas bookings that will happen. Once you get through you may have a 20+ minute wait to talk to a human. Good Luck
 
Me too. I guess this is a busy time to call.
 
Had very little problem this morning. Rang through at 8:00 am, rang for about three minutes. Each step took a few minutes, but I was with an MS representative in less than 10 minutes and the reservation itself took almost twenty minutes (computers were slower than I remember them being). Did get all the reservations I needed, though.
 

Also remember there is increased call volume today because they were closed yesterday for MLK Day.
 
It took me about a half an hour to get through and then another 20 minutes to get a rep on the line.
 
Actually got through this morning by calling right at their opening. Rang a few extra times but no Q waiting for the Advisor.
 
I got through this morning.....while on hold....phone line went dead....and it has been busy ever since.
I think they are having phone problems

hmm...i called about 1:15 pm to release a WL, was hoping lunch rush would be over; even though the message indicated a 20 min wait it was 'only' 10;)
 
I tried around 9:10, 9:20, 9:30 Eastern time and just got a busy signal. Then I tried again around 11:30 and after all the prompts, a recording told me that my wait time would be around 9 minutes. I timed it and it was an 8 minute wait.
 
I called at 9:01 got to the first message quickly. After that, it rang for about 5 min. before member services recorded message picked up. Was on hold another 6 or 7 min. All total it took about 20 min on hold and to make reservation.
