We called yesterday made reservations for October.
MS asked us what area we were requesting.
Thought was interesting, because that has never happened before.
We have always requested an area not been asked the question.
Anyone else ?

It probably has to do with the new Hospitality House booking category. Sometimes they ask, sometimes they don't.

Yup, when we booked OKW for our April vacation, the cm asked if we would like the HH category. But when we decided to take an unexpected quickie trip last week and we called to book for Feb. 24, the cm did not ask me which category. Since we booked with such short notice, I did not bother asking if we could stay in the HH category. It is our first time to OKW and we will not mind staying far from HH since it is only for 3 nights. :)

We're in the process of buying OKW. What is the Hospitality House booking category? I'm assuming it means a room close to that, but does it cost more points?

How are the rooms near the hh house have they been re-hab lately. We are going in May and August and staying in the hh house section. They asked me when I booked.

Booked our next trip for Jan 09 today, and CM asked me if I wanted to request a certain area. Guess they are now asking everyone.

Interested in the HH booking question. While they did not ask upon receiving my confirm it stated "Room near Hospitality House".

What is this and what is new about it?
I am SOOOO out of the loop on this one!
