mozzies - are they still out?

I'm leaving in a couple of days and I'm wondering if the mozzies are still out? I was badly bitten last Oct - this was the first time I'd been bitten in Oct. Anyone just back?

Just back today. Didn't see one mosquito.

Yes theres a warning about large numbers of mosquitos, take lots of bug spray with DEET in it.
