Moving tickets around in the app.

This is going to sound silly, but... I have a later trip with family that was planned in advance, but I'm also taking a solo trip this weekend that was planned last minute. So, because the other trip was planned first, the tickets show up in the app first, and my solo ticket shows up last.

I have tried to figure out how to move them around so that the upcoming solo trip shows up first and I cannot figure it out. I'd rather not have to scroll through the other tickets to get to that one when I use G+, but I can't see any way of flipping them around.

(I suppose cancelling the reservations and then re-adding them MIGHT work, but I'm not really keen on taking that risk.)

Anyone got any suggestions?
 
There is nothing you can do except call Disney and have them unlink the other tickets.

I have my family's Magic Keys all linked in my app and MY Magic Key is last in the order, which also makes no sense, since I am also the one that purchased them, but it is what it is.

You can take a screenshot of your ticket and use that instead if you want.

Thanks! That's probably what I'm going to do, and then make it my lock screen so I won't have to do too much tapping around to bring it up.

It just seems like it would be a pretty easy thing for them to fix in the app to make it more user friendly, and YET. (That said, I constantly come up with things that might make things where I work easier, and IT refuses to listen or do it. So I imagine that's the same whether you work at corporation as big as Disney or a company the size of mine. LOL.)

A lock screen won't work. At least a CM won't scan off that. But they can't tell a screenshot apart from the app.

Huh. I thought I heard some people around here saying they did that, but perhaps I'm wrong. (Although for LL & ILL, it might not matter since I'm the one sticking my phone in the scanner and not a CM. So perhaps that's what those posts were referring to. I don't have DAS or anything that requires a CM to handle it directly.) Makes sense that CMs would scan off the app only though.

When you scan into the parks, I meant.

For LL, you scan a different barcode, not your ticket one.

I have truly lost my brain and I definitely know better.

Imagine me slapping my forehead right now. LOL. It's been a pretty long and tiring six weeks in my family (hence the last minute Disney trip so I can get a break), so let's blame that for me forgetting everything I have ever known about anything and move on... :lmao:
