Yes, just contact Bell Services at BCV and tell them that you are moving and when. They may want you to tell them well ahead of time so you are on their schedule for that day.

We have done this on a few occassions when moving from POR to a DVC resort.

It works out splendidly!

Here's a tip:

Pack your luggage by hotel.

Example: Our travel party is my husband and I. If we were taking a trip and staying at 1 hotel, I would have a bag and he would have a bag.

If we stay 3 days at BLT and 3 days at BWV, we will have a BLT bag with both of our stuff in it and a BWV bag with both of our stuff in it. Of course toiletries have their own bag that gets pulled out regardless.

Your luggage will be transferred to the Bell Services at OKW. It will not be sent to your room. So when you do get back to your room. you need to call to have it delivered. Some one from your party needs to be in the room when they deliver the luggage.

This is what we were told also. But last October when my DD moved to AoA from SSR, their luggage was in the room when they got in after being in the parks. A very nice surprise.

Make sure you ask, just in case.
