Move It Shake It Dance Party

Would like to do this if my nephew can dance with Woody. Does Woody come off the float and dance? And if so, where does his float stop? I don't think we would care otherwise. Just want to see Woody and Jessie. Would appreciate any info. Thanks!
Also, is this a year round event or only certain months?

Hey there!

It is a year round event, happenning almost every day at MK.

Both Woody and Jessie comes out of their float to play with everyone.

When standing in front of the castle, their float usually is the first one on the left side (near the path to Liberty Square/Frontierland)

We did this with my 3yr old niece. I can't remember who came off the float but the major characters stayed up top. My niece liked it, but was not as excited because her fave characters weren't on the ground. We had done Mickey's Backyard BBQ a day or two before....and that blew her little mind lol!
