Mousekeeping Envelopes and Tipping

Hi, I know that I have seen this on the boards about a hundred times, but I just can't find the info that I am looking for. Please bear with me....

Can anyone tell me where to find the link for the cute mousekeeping envelopes that I can print out?

Also, how much is appropriate to tip at WL for a family of 4?
I can not remember what I did last trip in 2000.

We had 3 adults in our group and we tipped a minimum of $4 each day. It was during the Christmas holidays, so on Christmas we tipped $10. We had an exceptional mousekeeper and there were a few times we left $5 - $6. As housekeeping isn't a tipped position, there really isn't a minimum you should follow. I think $1 per person is perfectly exceptable.
