We have an apartment in La Gomera - which is the tiny island next to Tenerife. So we have to fly to tenerife and then get a boat across. It's the most relaxing, quiet place ever AND I'm having 2 weeks there this year, which is going to be the most relaxing thing ever!!

Today i went to visit my pyschatrist as i have suffered from depression since i was 19 and he told me today that i have a addictive personality and to stop booking DLP holidays as its making my mental health worse, i didnt know weather to laugh or cry lol. I said i will try and restrain myself from booking another trip after January but as every one knows im so impulsive its hard to stop me lol.

He must of thought i was a right loony when i started going into detail on how i feel about DLP and the bubbling of excitment inside of me when i book the next trip. I decided not share that i have a spreadsheet of what im planning on doing when i get there lol.

Anyone else been told by a health professional that Disney is bad for there health?

Seriously, have never heard of someone being told not to go there... Strange esp since you enjoy your trips there, you love all that planning and the things you'll do while you're there... It's different to being depressed whilst on holiday.

Gosh imagine if he came and read the Dis then i think he'd be abit scared by the all us Diser's and our planning.

I can understand why he thinks i have addictive personality but to say Disney is bad for my health, i think he is the insane one. Luckily i forget to mention my annual passport plans

He's the loon! Why is that when you finally find something that brings joy to your life, now you have an addictive personality? I think he's just doing what ever possible to keep the money flowing his way!

I also do the planning thing too! I think we all have a little OCD and that's what keeps us from going crazy!

Being addicted to planning is a realy thing! And I have i BAD, doens't mean its a problem though.

Some people like computer games, or football, I like booking holidays and planning what I'll do on them!

Damn site better than being an alcoholic!

I am going to cut down on DLP trips as im getting poor and want to go to a few other places but not because its making me mentally insane lol. I will not stop loving Disney no matter what mr pyshco says.

I have spent the day stripping my wallpaper in the lounge as i hate woodchip and in the 4 hours i spent trying to remove the wallpaper i only managed to get one small wall done.

I hate DIY! lol
