I hear what you are saying, before I started my weight loss journey I was 60 pounds heavier and married to a bean pole with a DS who is also a bean pole. It is so hard to be eating healthier when the two men in my life can eat anything and everything they wanted. But what it boiled down to was that I wasn't happy at the weight I was at and getting healthier became a top priority to me. Just because you chose to live healthier doesn't mean you can't eat the so called "bad" foods, you just need to learn to eat those foods in moderation. You basically have to teach yourself healthy eating habits and about making food choices that will help you to reach your weight goals. I found Weight Watchers to be the program that works best for me and I tried lots and lots of different programs. My suggestion to you is to do some research and find a program or lifestyle change that will fit your life and start making small changes. The small changes start adding up to big changes over the course of time. If you are looking for motivation I suggest reading some of the thread here on WISH, there is a ton of information of tried and true things that work for people here and the great thing is most people here have been overweight are now working their way to a healthier them. You can do this, you just need to commit to yourself!!! Best of luck to you!!
