Mother's Day in Universal

My wife and I are taking our kids to Universal and Disney in May. We get in on May 7 the day before Mother's Day. Our first resort will be Royal Pacific. Usually I'm pretty good about starting earlier thinking about gifts for my wife but this year with our vacation planning Mother's Day snuck up on me. Does anyone know if Universal or Royal Pacific have anything special for Mother's Day. Does anyone know of any gift ideas that are Disney or Universal related I could look into for our trip. I've already mentioned it to her and she said that gifts could wait until we get back from our trip but I would like to have something for her on Mother's Day even if it's not her main gift.
