What was the most ridiculous thing given to you at Halloween? (Pretty much something other than candy) :rotfl:

I was once given a Toothbrush with a little travel sized Scope mouthwash. What was this woman trying to say about my teeth?!

Last year, some lady down the street had a big bowl of candy (or so everyone thought) on her front porch. When we got there, it happened to be a bowl of rocks... :rotfl2:

This one isnt really ridiculous but it was funny. Me and my friends were trick-or-treating when we came to this one house with a bowl of candy outside. These boys were takig FOREVER to pick out the PERFECT piece of candy :rolleyes:

This impatient little girl dressed in a pink princess outfit then pushed her way between the boys and dumped the whole bowl of candy in her bag and walked off :rotfl:

That is why some people don't put there candy out side lol. People take more then they can.

My friend was going to a house one halloween and they were giving out apples. She was like where is the candy. They said they did not belive in candy. She walked away laughing lol.

My friends do that because their parents are dentists. I think it sweet

Everyone loves going to their house to get something different than candy :rolleyes:

I used to love getting candy when I was a kid, but now I realize that candy just rots your teeth and makes your parents miserable. :confused3

I've been taking Amanda out since she was old enough, but if I was home (and didn't live next to a roaring highway) I'd give the kids plastic rings and halloween goody bags. I might toss in something like a few Hershey Kisses or a bag of Halloween M&Ms but not much else than that.

Oh and the most ridiculous thing?? Last year these elderly people were giving out Happy Meal toys that I swear they bought for super cheap at a yard sale. Needless to say, Amanda was thrilled, but I just had to laugh.

Heh, this is amusing

One year on halloween we stopped by our neighbors house. He wasn't really expecting any trick-or-treaters...so he gave us a couple of those jelly-filled granola bars and we were on our way. As soon as we got home they were dumped in the trash :rotfl:

On the other hand, one of the other houses we go to every year is the best ever! They give out Blockbuster gift cards

Well.. We went up to the house and the people were not there. But there was candy we went up to it and the candy was gone Replaced by shaving cream. :rotfl2:

BTW, the apple-razor thing never happened. It was just a myth.
But I do know that just last year, someone was handing out bags of feces. It was all over the news.
