Most rare character youve met?

The rarest characters we have seen in a while was cinderella's wicked step-mother and step-sisters. I have never seen them before.

Marie from Aristocats in Epcot France. I was terribly excited, as you can see I really like Marie.

Also, the handlers were really excited. We were there for my birthday trip, and I asked them if she was coming out that day. They said I should wait and see, whereas when I have asked on other days I got a flat no. So, we waited about 35 minutes and she came out! When I went up there the handler was like "Oh Marie, this is the birthday girl that loves Marie!" and then she just kept telling me she was so glad I came back. She was very sweet and also had Marie pose for some still shots for me. Isn't she the cutest? She signs her autograph with a little bow, too.

The next greatest moment was when someone walked by and said "Oh look it's Hello Kitty!"

I met Jafar back in 2000.

I'm not sure who is rare out of the folks we met last year. We met several of the ones listed here.

I have my fingers crossed for any Muppets this year!

You should check out HK DL! I guess Marie is pretty popular there because they had Marie ears, Marie bags, etc. She sure gives Minnie a run for her money up there! And the best part? There were never any lines to meet the characters

I also saw Mushu from Mulan in HK, but I'm not sure if he's a rare character.

We've met quite a few of the ones mentioned on here. Below are a couple we hadn't ever seen out before that we met at the Pirate and Princess Party last February - Sebastian and Flounder from The Little Mermaid! My son spent a long time dancing and playing with them at the Fantasyland dance party.

I am a horrible person. When I saw the above pic of Flounder, my first thought was, "What would happen if I tipped him over onto his nose?"

I would NEVER actually do it though!

I saw the Hag from Snow White (also one of my favorites). We were walking back to the Boardwalk and as we were leaving Epcot we just happened upon her. It was great and I would love to see her again.

I dont know if its considered a character, but I think it is...We met the Mayor of Main Street our last trip. I have never seen this guy! Also met the two animals from Pinocchio...Is it Basil and someone else??

My grandmother's brother in law used to be the mayor of main street. It was cool because anytime we wanted to be in a parade he could make it happen. I am not sure what he actually did for a job as "mayor" but i dont think he is meant to be a character he had an actual job and wasnt normally in the park.

The only rare character that I can think of that we met was Stromboli this past March. As a matter of fact he and I danced. When DH brought out the camcorder he immediately stopped dancing. Claimed he was hungry by rubbing his tummy. We also saw the evil queen but not sure if she is rare.

We met Claire at MGM last year. I wasn't sure who she was until I read her autograph. She was with Chip N Dale so I am guessing she is a hot little chipmunk that the two fought over. I guess if you don't know their name they can be considered rare

We saw her in May with Chip and Dale at MGM. DD looked sad afterwards and I asked her what was wrong. She said, "She (Clarese) is prettier than me." Of course I told her no one was prettier than her......... KIDS!

Last time we were at AK we saw Launchpad Mcquak from Ducktales (I haven't ever seen him before so I don't know how rare he is... but was rare to me)!

Some characters I have autographs from as a child (late 70s/early 80s) include Flower from Bambi, the lion king from Bedknobs and Broomsticks and Miss Bianca and Bernard from the Rescuers.

Will have to see if I have any photos.

HK DL is Hong Kong Disneyland.


The rarest characters I've met are Kermit, Miss Piggy, and the queen from Alice in Wonderland.
