Most Frequently Cancelled FP+s

We had two of our FP+ choices canceled during our vacation last week due to the ride being down. We liked that that automatically converted them into FP+s we could use at any one of many attractions any time later in the day. Are there certain attractions where this happens more often than others. The chance it could turn into one of these super FP+s makes the FP+ even more valuable.
