Most Favorite and Least Favorite Character Breakfasts

Favorite character breakfast is Crystal Palace; least favorite is Chef Mickey's

What the above poster disliked about Ohana's is exactly what I did like about it. I loved the family-style breakfast, so that I didn't have to keep getting up to help the children at a buffet. And when the refills came to our table, they were nice and warm and tasted fresh.

This is exactly what I am looking forward to. The only character breakfast we went to before was Donald's at AK. It wasn't at the Tusker House when we went a few years back. I can't remember what the the place was called. I hear it is better now at the Tusker House. I was stuck in the long line that was for the buffet at that time and had to rush back to my seat just as a character was passing our table.

And it felt very rushed there - the characters barely paused to take a photo. For the exception of Pluto. He got down on his knees to let my then 2-year old pet the top of his head. Have never been to Ohana and have reservations for the breakfast this Sept. After reading these posts, I feel confident I made a good choice. Plus, it will be our 1st time checking out the POLY.

Crystal Palace breakfast, before park opens was wonderful.

Hollywood & Vine was no good at all...so-so food, terrible service. Have no idea who the characters were - guess they're from Disney channel, which we don't watch. Playhouse Disney maybe? The character interaction seemed good for the kids that knew who the characters were but overall we were not impressed with the selection of food or the service.
